Team Structure and Supervision
Oversight, Program Management and Supervision
gothamCulture has extensive experience planning, coordinating, and supervising both strategic and tactical initiatives with multiple clients, simultaneously. Our commitment to exceptionally high levels of client service and support is achieved by organizing our engagements in a consistent way. Each project is assigned a Partner or Managing Director in the role of Project Lead. The Project Lead serves as the primary point of contact with the client and is responsible for the overall supervision and delivery of the final work product/s. The Project Lead assumes primary responsibility for maintaining the client relationship, resourcing all projects, ensuring quality control, and supervising all other management tasks associated with the successful completion of any and all project work with the client.
In addition, an Engagement Manager is assigned to each engagement to support the tactical planning and implementation of the work products on-time and within budget. The Engagement Manager reports directly to the Project Lead and supervises the day-to-day coordination of resources according to the agreed-upon work plan(s). The Engagement Manager will also report any risks associated with project completion and will track and provide reports on project status and budget compliance.
Each engagement, depending on the scope, will also be assigned senior practitioners to serve in the role of Workstream Lead. Workstream Leads are responsible for the planning and execution of major components of work effort (workstreams). In large-scale engagements, multiple Workstream Leads may be assigned to supervise different components of the work effort while other staff and subcontractors support the effort.
