There isn’t one. The full Culture Mosaic Survey is free during June for surveys of up to 200 respondents. Doesn’t matter your organization’s size — you could be 30 people or 30,000. The 200-respondent cap is the only restriction. We’re doing this because we believe leaders should be able to take a real measurement of their culture without a procurement cycle. After June 30, pricing returns to our standard model. That’s the whole story.

You have two months from your sign-up date to launch the survey. So if you sign up in June, you have until late August to actually run it. After that, it expires. If something comes up and you need an extension, email us — we’ll work with you.

Individual responses are confidential. The report shows aggregated scores by group, never individual answers. Only the admins you designate at your organization can access the report. We can also pull the report on your behalf if you’d prefer that.

Yes — up to 5 custom open-ended questions per survey, free, during June. Five is the cap because more than that gets unwieldy in reporting. If you genuinely need more, email us at info@gothamculture.com and our team will help.

We’ll email you when your report is ready and a couple of times after to ask how it landed. That’s it. No drip campaigns, no constant nudging. We may follow up to ask if you’d like to talk about deeper culture work — it’s an honest ask, easy to ignore. What we get out of this: more organizations doing real culture work, broader market data on what culture looks like across organizations of all sizes, and a few of you may eventually become longer-term clients. That’s the trade. We think it’s a fair one.
